Onsite Support/Scheduled - Certified Computer Systems Engineer
onsite visit $250 per hour (NOTE: travel time is billed) NOTE: This service no longer available for new

Onsite Support Off Hours/Scheduled - Business days $325 per hour /
weekend $400 per hour / holidays $600 per hour (NOTE: travel time is
billed) NOTE: This service no longer available for new
clients, existing clients under support contracts may continue to use this
service until contract expiration.
Emergency Onsite Support - Certified Computer
Systems Engineer onsite visit within 2 hours - business day regular
hours $300 per hour / Off business day until 10:00 p.m. EST $400 per
hour / after 10:00 p.m. EST, weekend day $500 per hour / holiday $750
per hour (NOTE: travel time is billed) NOTE: This service no longer available for new
clients, existing clients under support contracts may continue to use this
service until contract expiration.
E-Mail Support - Allows e-mail support questions related to installed system answered via e-mail within 2 business days - $10 month (min 12 months)
NOTE: This service no longer available for new
clients, existing clients under support contracts may continue to use this
service until contract expiration.
Premium E-Mail Support - Allows e-mail support questions related to installed system answered within 1 business day - $15 month (min 6 months)
NOTE: This service no longer available for new clients, existing clients
under support contracts may continue to use this service until contract

Message Phone Support
- Allows voice mail questions related to installed system and response
within 1 business day - $25 month (min 3 months) NOTE:
This service no longer available for new clients, existing clients under
support contracts may continue to use this service until contract

Premium Direct Support - Allows direct Certified Computer Systems Engineer access 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on business days - $65 per 15 minute call (if you have an existing support plan $45).NOTE: This service no longer available for new
clients, existing clients under support contracts may continue to use this
service until contract expiration.
Premium Direct 24 hour Support - Allows direct Certified Computer Systems Engineer access 24 hours per day - Off hours business days until 10:00 p.m. EST $50 15 minute per call / after 10:00 p.m. EST, weekends and holidays $95 per 15 minute call.
